1. Scope of the service
thaibam provides place information, user suggestions, saved lists, advertising and operator consultation links. A listing does not by itself establish a supplier contract or official partnership. The venue provides the visit experience and collects payment on site; thaibam provides information and booking management.
2. Membership and accounts
Membership is for users aged 20 or older. Join by verifying an email and setting a password, or with Google. Do not impersonate others or use their accounts. Keep your sign-in method secure. Account tools provide saved-list management, data export and closure. Venues apply their own admission and identity checks.
3. Listings and external services
Hours, prices, admission conditions and event schedules can change. Confirm them through official channels before visiting. Maps, social networks and videos are subject to the external provider’s terms and privacy practices. Report errors with the venue name and supporting information.
4. Enquiries and charges
An enquiry or message does not confirm a booking. Check the date, party size, price and cancellation conditions and obtain explicit confirmation from the venue or operator. Pay the venue directly when you visit. thaibam provides information and booking management; its website and app do not process payments, prepayments, deposits or refunds.
5. Contributions and content
Submit only content you are entitled to share. You permit review, editing and display needed to provide the service; ownership remains with the contributor or original rights holder. Do not reproduce others’ photos, logos or reviews without permission, or publish private information. Use the operating policy to request corrections or report infringement.
6. Restrictions and appeals
False submissions, impersonation, harassment, infringement, illegal transactions, malicious links, attacks and automated abuse are prohibited. Operators may restrict publication or account access to prevent harm and record the reason. Request a review at support@thaibam.net, identifying the affected item and relevant evidence.
7. Responsibility and disputes
We review reported listing errors and consultation issues and explain appropriate next steps. Supplier disputes depend on the contracting parties and agreed terms; these terms do not provide a blanket exemption for thaibam’s own fault. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Send the venue, date and agreement details without unnecessary sensitive information.
8. Changes and versions
We show the publication date and version and retain previous terms. Material changes to user rights or obligations will be notified before application, with consent obtained where needed. Existing consent records and confirmed booking terms are not retroactively overwritten. Contact support if different language versions are unclear.
