How information is used for accounts, place suggestions and enquiries.

Account information
Email registration stores an email address and password hash. Google sign-in uses a hash of the account identifier; we do not collect Google email, name, photo or contacts. Optional nickname, saved places, consent version/time, account status and sessions support and protect your account. Registration does not require your address, phone number or date of birth.
Suggestions and enquiries
Suggested venue names, addresses, descriptions and official contacts may be published after review; do not submit private contact details or others’ personal information. Booking enquiries use the visit date/time, party size, consultation channel, contact and request details; the visitor name is optional. Enquiry contacts are managed separately from public listings.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage, account email delivery and support-mail forwarding. Google is used for optional sign-in and maps. Opening external maps, videos or social channels invokes their providers’ practices, and global services may process information abroad. Mail to support@thaibam.net is forwarded to the operator’s designated inbox. Information needed by a venue is clarified during booking consultation.
Cookies, device storage and advertising
Session cookies support sign-in and enquiry history. Language, display preferences and guest saved lists may be stored in your browser. Limited request identifiers and technical records support security and abuse prevention. Ads are selected by placement and period, not member-profile targeting. Impression and click records are cleaned up after 31 days.
Retention and deletion
Closing an account deletes its email, password hash, identity link, nickname, saved lists and sessions. Public suggestions are not automatically deleted with the account; correction or removal requests are reviewed separately. Completed/cancelled reservations have contacts, names and request content anonymised by scheduled cleanup after 365 days since the last update. Open enquiries and minimal audit/dispute records are managed separately; contact support for additional deletion requests.
Your information and contact
Use account tools to export information, change your nickname or close your account. Send other access, correction, deletion or processing requests to support@thaibam.net. We request only information needed to verify the requester and do not disclose another person’s information. Never email passwords, authentication links or unnecessary identity-document copies.
