1. Send an enquiry
Provide the date, party size and preferences where operator consultation is available. Online submission is available when shown on the page. An enquiry does not hold a table or room.
2. Before confirmation
Before confirmation, check the venue, Thailand-local date and time, party size, inclusions, exclusions, currency, price, taxes, venue service charges and cancellation/no-show conditions. Agree to the conditions and obtain confirmation. Pay the venue directly on site; additional orders may cost extra.
3. Fees and payment
Pay the venue directly when you visit. The thaibam website and app have no checkout; operators do not collect visit payments, deposits or prepayments on your behalf. Users are not charged a thaibam booking assistance fee. Advertising fees and referral commissions are agreed and settled separately between venues and operators.
4. Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Request changes or cancellation through your consultation channel or support@thaibam.net with booking identifiers. Availability, deadlines and no-show conditions follow the venue conditions disclosed before confirmation. thaibam manages these requests; receipt alone does not mean completion. Request corrections or refunds for payments made on site directly from the venue. thaibam neither collects nor refunds these payments.
5. Supplier cancellations and problems
If a venue cancellation, weather or event change prevents the visit, available alternatives and cancellation conditions must be checked. A substitute venue, date or changed price must not be confirmed without your agreement. When reporting problems, redact unnecessary personal information from agreement messages and payment evidence.
